Our commercial teams usually work in a hybrid model. The exact structure depends on your role and your team.

Your start with us is well prepared: you will receive an individual induction plan, get to know your team and the interfaces, and be introduced to your tasks step by step. In addition, there are local onboarding events where you can get to know the company and other new colleagues.

We also welcome applications from career starters and career changers. You will find detailed information on the requirements in our job advertisements, such as the necessary qualifications and desired professional experience.
