Quality is an integral part of every business decision we make. It permeates all levels and connects development, production, purchasing, suppliers, and customers. It is embodied in clear processes, audits, and responsibility in every team - both in central quality management and directly in series production, where quality is ensured and further developed on the production line every day.

In series production, our quality teams work closely with production. Testing processes, error analyses, and immediate measures ensure that deviations are detected and rectified at an early stage. We rely on digital testing equipment, visual inspections, and continuous feedback - for stable processes and the highest product quality.

Key figures such as quality costs, scrap costs, complaint rates, and accident statistics are central control variables. They help us analyze causes, identify trends, and implement targeted improvements.

We work with proven QM methods such as 5 Why, Pareto analyses, Kaizen, FMEA, and internal audits. These are supplemented by data-based decisions using KPIs and statistical evaluations.

Our quality work complies with international standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 for quality management. In addition, standards apply for the environment (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), energy efficiency (ISO 50001), and information security (ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX). They create clear processes, measurable results, and form the basis for continuous improvement and customer trust.

We invest specifically in expertise: through training courses, workshops, project work, and exchanges with other departments. This not only increases our expertise, but also helps each individual grow.

Cybersecurity protects the integrity of our data and processes. The CISO department uses innovative security strategies, modern technologies, and clear processes to ensure that our digital infrastructure is protected – for secure data, stable systems, and trust among customers and partners.

We pursue a zero-error policy. However, if deviations do occur, we analyze the causes, derive measures, and incorporate what we have learned into our processes. In this way, we sustainably increase customer satisfaction and minimize costs, waste, and rework.
