<p>▪ Serve as primary administrative support to Plant Manager and leadership team</p><p>▪ Track KPI’s and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports</p><p>▪ Manage visitor access, tours, and contractor access<br />▪ Maintain office organization, supplies, and document control<br />▪ Coordinate meetings, projects, and vendor interactions<br />▪ Uphold plant policies and safety procedures through administrative support<br />▪ Prepare and maintain accurate production records and daily manufacturing reports<br />▪ Assist with work order processing, inventory transactions, and ERP data entry<br />▪ Perform general office duties, including filing, receptionist, and office supply orders<br />▪ Assist in tracking expenses related to plant operations<br />▪ Other duties, as assigned.</p><p></p><p>About You:<br />▪Associate’s degree, Preferred<br />▪Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting<br />▪Strong organizational and multitasking skills<br />▪Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (SAP, a plus)<br />▪Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<br />▪Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment<br />▪Collaborative and motivated in a team supported environment<br />▪Drive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger’s core values</p><p>We look forward to receiving your application.
