<p>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support the implementation of necessary measures to ensure series quality</li><li>Support the implemenentation of necessary measures within the framework of quality improvement programmes</li><li>Monitor of product quality and scrap rate: defect analysis, continuous improvement process (CIP /Scrap Problem Solving), tracking of corrective and improvement actions</li><li>Support the development and implementation of local BU quality standards in coordination with BU Quality (quality work instructions, border line catalog, etc.)</li><li>Support the production team in all quality related issues on a daily basis by being present on the shopfloor</li><li>Support customer audits for the Business Unit and execution of correlated actions</li><li>Assist in handling the 8D process in case of customer complaints and provide the 8D report for the Customer Quality Engineer and the customer portals</li><li>Assist in handling 8D process in case of customer complaints in BU plant to provide related 8D report to Customer Quality Engineeras well as  the customer portals</li><li>Conduct audits (layered audits, process audits, 5S audits, LPA, etc.)</li><li>Responsible for implementing necessary measures from the PFMEA</li><li>Other duties, as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Previous experience in quality control or inspection (manufacturing/automotive environment, preferred)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills</li><li>Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Document Control, Continuous Improvement)</li><li>Knowledgeable in using quality measurement tools and software</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Drive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger’s core values</li></ul><p>We look forward to receiving your application.
