What do you do at ElringKlinger? What are your tasks?
I work at ElringKlinger as a Senior Marketing Specialist for the Asian locations. My responsibilities include organizing and executing trade fair appearances, creating marketing materials, maintaining our local website and social media platforms, and adapting design standards to the specific requirements of the Asian market.
How did you come to ElringKlinger and what made you decide to work here?
My fascination with the automotive industry and marketing led me to ElringKlinger. The company's global outlook and commitment to sustainability, as well as its sense of social responsibility, convinced me to work here and contribute my expertise.

What do you like most about your work and why?
I absolutely love planning and executing marketing events, especially trade shows, because I can fully express my creativity here. It's also exciting to work with colleagues from different departments and countries to strengthen our presence in Asia. The chance to engage in cross-regional and cross-cultural teamwork is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling for me.

What projects are you currently working on?
We have completed our shows and events in Asia for the first half of the year and are now preparing for Automechanika Shanghai 2024, which will take place at the beginning of December. This is a key event for our aftermarket business in Asia every year. In addition, we are working on smaller exhibitions and ongoing promotion for the Group's SHAPE30 strategy.
What encourages you to give 100 % at work?
My motivation comes from my passion for what I do. And from my identification with the culture of ElringKlinger. Even after eight years, I am still curious and excited about what the future holds, as the market and the company are constantly evolving. This attitude of joyful anticipation and continuous learning helps me to overcome all challenges . ElringKlinger's commitment to sustainability and employee development makes me proud and pushes me to always give my best.

What was the highlight of your week? Personal or professional.
The highlight of this week was work-related: I attended Automechanika Frankfurt 2024 for the first time and was part of the stand team. It was exciting to see how my German colleagues work. On Saturday, we are going to Hannover to set up our stand for IAA Transportation 2024. This is also my first time helping to set up a trade fair in Germany – it's going to be exciting. On a personal level, it was nice to see my German friends again and meet new teammates in person.
What do you do to switch off?
I relax with sports and music. A good workout or a hike keeps me fit, while music or a good book brings me peace and a clear head. These hobbies not only keep me in shape mentally and physically but also spark my creativity at work.
