Elring's sealing and service expertise showcased at Automechanika 2024 in Frankfurt

Dettingen/Erms, Frankfurt am Main, September 10, 2024 +++ Elring will be presenting its global aftermarket product range and auto workshop as well as retail service portfolio at Automechanika in Frankfurt am Main from September 10 to 14, 2024. In addition to focusing on a variety of gasket solutions, Elring is keen to highlight its engine-related expertise, OE skills, and end-to-end training and educational capabilities. Elring will be based at Stand C12, Hall 4.0.

Embracing the motto “Your needs – our daily drive,” the Elring team is looking forward to showcasing its “Elring – Das Original” branded products and services for workshops and retailers as part of its trade show presentation. "In addition to presenting our extensive product range in the aftermarket business, we will be focusing on our service portfolio centered around training, education, and product data management. Our ambition is to inspire our customers not only today but well into the future and become their preferred partner – an aspect that is also at the heart of our SHAPE30 Group strategy, which we bring to life every day when engaging with our customers. We look forward to conversing in person with our customers and other visitors to our stand,” says Dirk Willers, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at ElringKlinger, who also oversees the Aftermarket unit that features the “Elring – Das Original” brand.

Elring will be focusing on its sealing and service expertise as well as its capabilities in the area of training and education. Visitors to the stand will also be able to explore Elring's engine expertise: the exhibition area, referred to as the “Elring garage”, will feature two engines that illustrate Elring's extensive range of gasket solutions for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. On display are a VW EA888 to represent passenger car engines and an OM471/DD13 for heavy-duty applications. Elring will also be exhibiting its range of sealing compounds and its full kit for the OM471/DD13 engine, which includes all the seals required for repair purposes.

During exhibition hours, Elring will be holding live demonstrations on a daily basis – with an expert assigned to the two demonstration engines. The engines will be taken apart and Elring gaskets will be fitted step by step. This includes many practical tips on what to look out for during installation. The training sessions are broadcast on an LED screen so that all visitors can follow them.
