EKPO to unveil the NM20 – its most powerful fuel cell stack module yet – at IAA Transportation

Dettingen/Erms and Hanover, September 16, 2024: One of the highlights at EKPO’s booth will undoubtedly be the latest addition to its stack portfolio, the NM20 stack module. Delivering up to 400 kW, it is EKPO’s most powerful model yet and has been designed particularly with heavy-duty applications in mind.

An efficient energy storage device is a key piece of technology for sustainable electric vehicles. ElringKlinger offers complete lithium-ion battery storage systems and modules for drives and auxiliary power units, as well as various individual components.

Fuel Cells/EKPO

Our fuel cell stack modules, and components meet the highest of demands in terms of robustness, functionality, and performance. Both customer-specific developments for each integration level and standard solutions can be provided.

Electric Drive Units

The electric drive unit is the heart of e-mobility. Strategic partners ElringKlinger and hofer powertrain jointly develop and produce highly efficient electric drive units (EDUs). Customized solutions are implemented under the hofer powertrain products brand.

Lightweighting

Metal Forming and Assembly Technology

Temperature management, acoustic behavior, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, aerodynamics and cost-effectiveness are key factors that have to be overcome by our metallic stamping and molded parts plus associated assemblies and our shielding systems.
