Training

Our employees receive targeted training with regard to compliance. The key target groups for compliance-specific training are managers and employees who are confronted with certain compliance risks due to their role within the company, e.g., from Purchasing and Sales.

Targeted training offered at Group level

As part of the training sessions, the key target groups are informed in detail about the topics of competition and antitrust law, corruption, dealing with conflicts of interest, and legal requirements when granting and accepting donations. Training takes into account country-specific conditions and is usually conducted by qualified lawyers in the national language. In addition, all employees across the Group receive training relating to the provisions set out in the code of conduct, regardless of their role within the company.
