For us, appreciation, transparency and rapid feedback are the basic principles of a good application process. We will guide you along your route to ElringKlinger.
Our vacancies are listed on our jobs portal. Once you have found a position that interests you, you can apply online with just a few clicks and upload your documents directly. If you cannot find a suitable position, you can also send us a speculative application.
As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail. It is also a good idea to check your spam folder.
We carefully look at your application and assess whether the position is appropriate for you and your application. It usually takes about a week for you to receive an initial response from us.
If we agree that you could be a good fit, we will invite you to a first video interview with the specialist supervisor and an HR representative.
If the first interview went well from both sides, we will invite you to a second interview so we can get to know you better. This interview will take place on site at ElringKlinger to give you an even better impression of us.
After a successful second meeting, we will agree the contract details with you and you will receive a contract offer from us.
Once all details on the contract and your joining of the company have been clarified, you can start at ElringKlinger. The next step is to start our onboarding process.
Our Talent Acquisition partners provide tips for your application and the interviews.
"Forget the abundance of tips on the questions and ideal answers that you can find everywhere online. It will be obvious if you ask questions or give answers you have learned by heart. Be authentic! Our face-to-face interviews are not an interrogation, but an opportunity for us to get to know each other."
Petra Flüg, Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
"Think about your "why". Why are you interested in the job? What inspires you about the tasks? Why do you want to work for ElringKlinger? And just be yourself in the interviews. You don't need to be nervous, we want to get to know you as you are!"
Laura Korner, Talent Acquisition Partner
You just need to apply with your CV in our job portal. A good and well-structured CV in chronological order should answer the following questions: What previous jobs have you had? What were your tasks and your area of responsibility? Which tools/standards have you worked with? Information on the start date and your salary expectations will help us to classify your application correctly."
Henriette Sprenger, Talent Acquisition Partner
"Before your application and especially before the interview, consider who you are and what you can do. Getting impressions from friends, family or work colleagues can also be helpful. Because we also want to know something about you as a person and not just about your knowledge and skills."
Vanessa Hummel, Talent Acquisition Partner
