Plastic injection-molding and elastomer technology

Based on ElringKlinger's decades of experience in the processing of thermoplastics, we offer high-performance, economical plastic lightweight components that can be reliably withstand high mechanical stresses. With our ready-to-install modules specially developed for each application, including sealing and fastening technology, the weight can be lowered, material saved, and development times and costs can be reduced. Product solutions manufactured by ElringKlinger using the plastic injection-molding process include engine, transmission or unit carriers, cylinder head cover modules, for example, Conductor frames, oil sumps and charge air pipes.
